Resource value by HQ level

The value of resources you hold changes with HQ level. Many players never notice that the same resource box gives more when opened at a higher HQ. Understanding this helps you decide when to open boxes and when to keep them. ■ How to check Go to Warehouse → Resources tab and check your green food box value: • Level 34: one green food box = 204K • Level 30: one green food box = 165.6K You can stock tens of thousands of green food boxes — the gap is not trivial. ■ Do the math Between HQ 30 and HQ 34, each box differs by 204K − 165.6K = 38.4K food. If you hold 10,000 boxes, opening them at HQ 34 instead of HQ 30 gives about 384 million more food. That is enough for several upgrades, just from picking the right moment. ■ When to open boxes • When you are genuinely short for an upgrade that is waiting, and waiting would slow your HQ progress. Idle builder time is also a loss. • When you need to cover an exact shortfall. Open only what you need instead of "saving" opened resources in the warehouse, because opened resources can be plundered when you are attacked. ■ When to keep boxes • When you will reach the next HQ level within a few days and are not urgently short. • When you are likely to be attacked: resources still in boxes are safer than resources sitting in the warehouse. ■ Note The numbers above are for green food boxes. Other box types and resources also scale with HQ, but the gap may differ. Check your own Warehouse at your current HQ and note the values to compare after each upgrade.
