Who this is for
Players building hero teams and gear.
Summary
Equipment investment order. Gun first. Heroes deal all damage from ATK before they die — raising attack first is smart.
Gun first. Heroes deal all damage from ATK before they die — raising attack first is smart.
Gear has four pieces, but the resources to upgrade them are always limited. The right order makes every resource produce the most power.
■ Recommended order
Order: Gun → Helmet → Boots → Armor
■ Why the gun comes first
In battle, a hero deals damage continuously until defeated. Higher attack lets the hero deal more damage in the same time, and defeating the enemy squad faster also means your squad takes less damage. That is why raising attack first is usually more effective than raising defense.
■ The other three pieces
After the gun, raise the Helmet, Boots and then Armor. You do not need to max the gun before touching other pieces. Combine this with the milestones in "Biggest power spike moments": bring each piece to level 20 and use the first 100 energy cores, following the Gun → Helmet → Boots → Armor order.
■ Apply it by squad
1. Squad 1: upgrade the guns of your main heroes first.
2. When Squad 1's guns reach level 20 + 100 cores, move on to Helmets, then Boots and Armor.
3. Once Squad 1 hits the basic milestones, do the same for Squad 2.
■ When swapping heroes
When you switch to an all-blue squad at the 50M mark (see "50M milestone — blue only"), check which heroes hold your orange gear. Move upgraded gear onto the new Squad 1 heroes so your investment is not wasted.
After each game patch, verify numbers in-game (warehouse, lab, hero screens). If something differs, report via Feedback or article comments.
Quick checklist
- Know team 1 power (below/above 50M)
- Prioritize blue faction after 50M threshold
- Invest in weapon slot before other gear
- Track 4-star and orange gear +20 milestones
