Who this is for
Players building hero teams and gear.
Summary
Biggest power spike moments. 1. Orange hero reaches 4 stars — S1+ orange heroes can gain ~2~3M.
1. Orange hero reaches 4 stars — S1+ orange heroes can gain ~2~3M.
Knowing the power "jump points" helps you spend resources at the right time. Instead of spreading evenly, concentrate resources to hit one milestone at a time.
■ Four key milestones
1. Orange hero reaches 4 stars — as above, S1+ orange heroes can gain ~2~3M combat power from this milestone alone.
2. Orange gear to level 20 + 100 energy cores — ~1M gain.
3. Orange gear on Squad 2, keep the "100 cores used" state — best power per investment.
4. Fewer cores per upgrade step = better efficiency per core.
■ Understanding energy cores
Example: ~1000 cores for one more level may give less than the first 100 cores after gear hits level 20. Add power in small core steps.
Put simply: the first 100 cores on each gear piece are the "cheapest". Instead of pouring 1000 cores into one piece, you get more power by bringing many gear pieces to level 20 and using 100 cores on each.
■ Suggested investment order
1. Bring Squad 1's main orange heroes to 4 stars.
2. Raise Squad 1's orange gear to level 20 and use 100 cores on each piece.
3. Do the same for Squad 2's orange gear.
4. Only then consider extra cores for further levels on Squad 1.
■ Common mistakes
• Pouring all energy cores into one Squad 1 gear piece while other pieces have not received their first 100 cores.
• Raising one orange hero to 5 stars before other main heroes reach 4 stars (see "Hero star upgrades").
After each game patch, verify numbers in-game (warehouse, lab, hero screens). If something differs, report via Feedback or article comments.
Quick checklist
- Know team 1 power (below/above 50M)
- Prioritize blue faction after 50M threshold
- Invest in weapon slot before other gear
- Track 4-star and orange gear +20 milestones
